Chairman

Representing the Belfast LCG area of the Province, the Chairman, Mr Rice joined the Board Board of Directors in November 2016.

Marie Smith

Vice-chair

Representing Boots Chemists, currently one of the three largest multiples in Northern Ireland, Ms Smith also holds the post of Northern Ireland Regional Pharmacy Manager within the organization.

David McCrea

Honorary Treasurer

Mr McCrea represents the Belfast/South Eastern LCG area on the Board of Directors and was elected in October 2011.

James McCaughan

Representing the Northern LCG area of the Province, Mr McCaughan was co-opted to the Board of PCC in 2002.

Paul Cooper

Belfast LCG

Mr Paul Cooper was elected to the Board in 2006. Mr Cooper represents the Belfast/South Eastern LCG area of the Province on the Board, and also owns four pharmacy contracts in the Greater Belfast Area.

Tim Corrie

Southern LCG

Representing the Southern LCG area of the Province on the Board of Directors, Mr Corrie is a past Chairman of the Board of Directors and was first elected to the Board in 1995.

Aileen Crossin

Belfast/South Eastern LCG

Aileen Crossin represents the Belfast/South Eastern LCG area of the Province on the Board of Directors and was co-opted to the Board of PCC in 1994.

Michael Guerin

Medicare Group

Mr Guerin represents the Medicare Group, currently one of the three largest multiples in Northern Ireland on the Board of Directors. He was previously a representative of the Eastern Area Board on the PCC and also held the post of Chairman of the Board of PCC.

Joe McAleer

Western LCG

Mr McAleer represents the Western area of Northern Ireland, specifically Fermanagh and South Tyrone and joined the Board of Directors in September 2014.

John O’Brien

Northern LCG

Mr O’Brien represents the Northern area and joined the CPNI Board of Directors in October 2015

John Kelly

Belfast/South Eastern LCG

Representing the Belfast and South Eastern LCG area, Mr Kelly joined the CPNI Board of Directors on November 2017.

Paul Kelly

Belfast/South Eastern LCG

Mr Kelly joined the Board of Directors in October 2019 and represents Belfast and South Eastern LCG area.

Jayne Laughlin

Representing Clear Pharmacy, within which Ms Laughlin holds the post of Superintendent Pharmacist for the pharmacy group.

Dr Hamill joined the Board of Directors in May 2019 and represents the Southern LCG area.
